This collection of collages focuses on the music and fashion icons of todays culture. Fashion and music compliment each other well, as they are some of the most pure ways to express oneself. The distortion of the icons comes from my goal of this series; I wanted the focus of the works to be less about the people themselves and more about the ideals and feelings they represent. I chose loud colors to work with in the collages to match the boisterous characters running today's culture.
